Now it is my tun to break down the $8000 First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit. I must admit, when the bill was being negotiated in the Senate, before moving forward to the House of Representatives I was following it very close, in attempt to report the results in a timely manner. I have been itching to write a new article on the new stimulus package, and how it will effect future home buyers, first-timers and hopefully even move-up / downsizing buyers in Denton County real estate. Home sellers will also have reason to rejoice if buyers who are sitting on the fence, or just need a little more incentive can be nudged along.
