It has been more than a few weeks since I last posted an article on USDA Guaranteed Housing program, the fact is I am working with many clients on this loan program — But I know there are more of you that should be working me. Why do I say this? Google tells me so. The USDA related pages account for 52% of the incoming visitors here. So I apologize that the updates to restrictions and new guidelines are a couple weeks

Here is a story I caught across the news wire recently. A Fort Mills, South Carolina Real Estate Agent was caught on tape cutting up, and knocking down a competitors real estate signs. Evidently, he is the former boss of the victim according to the story. Now what really caught my attention about this was the type of signs this real estate agent was using, why is he using cardboard signs in front of houses?
