It has been more than a few weeks since I last posted an article on USDA Guaranteed Housing program, the fact is I am working with many clients on this loan program — But I know there are more of you that should be working me. Why do I say this? Google tells me so. The USDA related pages account for 52% of the incoming visitors here. So I apologize that the updates to restrictions and new guidelines are a couple weeks

So I am not sure he will actually be traveling  the great walking and biking trails we have here in Highland Village, Texas, but many residents can use them to get to him at Unity Park on April 4, 2009 for The Annual Highland Village Easter Egg Hunt. The $8000 First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit Logo

Now it is my tun to break down the $8000 First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit. I must admit, when the bill was being negotiated in the Senate, before moving forward to the House of Representatives I was following it very close, in attempt to report the results in a timely manner. But as we know now, that was a lost cause because it kept changing hourly it seemed. But now we have a signed bill, and albeit it was very trimmed

USDA Home Loans are the Real Deal for Denton County

USDA Rural Development Logo Thumb

Once again I find myself having to tout and sound the trumpets about the USDA Rural Development Guaranteed Housing Loan Program after another successful closing. Next to the article Buying a Home with the Texas Veterans Land Board Program (TVLB) it is the most read item on this little blog, but has generated the most emails and phone calls. I welcome these inquiries with open arms of course, and hope that continues — although I do wish more Tex Vets would be

Highland Village Safest City in Texas…Again!

November 25, 2008
Highland Village Safest City in North Texas

Critics, some neighboring officials, and maybe a few residents touted this designation would be a thing of the past; with the influx of commercial and retail development we have experienced here in this small community. In some cases they may have good reason to believe so, with a Wal-Mart Supercenter, and a AMC Cineplex and over 100 new retail stores, and restaurants it was sure to bring in all types of people from neighboring communities.
