5. Exercise due diligence and disclosure to help my customer make an informed buying decision. I explain purchase costs and expenses, insist on a home inspection, offer a wide array of financial options and suggestions.
6. Manage the steps to closing that include various inspections, the appraisal, financing options and handle any pre-closing problems.
7. Follow up after the closing—and beyond.
