My Denton County Real Estate’s Anti-SPAM Policy & Pledge
I hate unsolicited e-mail known as SPAM or junk e-mail as much as you do! It is important for you to realize that when using the MLS / IDX Home search here you will be asked to supply a Name, e-mail address, Phone number and other voluntary information.
But under no circumstances will I ever sell, give away or share your information with anyone without your permission. I will also never add your information to monthly newsletters or other automated mailings.
What will be done with your information
- I will attempt to call you to simply thank you for visiting my site, and using the MLS search and to inquire if there are any questions, or concerns I can assist you with while looking for your new home.
- If I am unable to reach you by phone I will attempt to e-mail you saying the same thing I would on the phone.
- I will ask to represent you and to be YOUR Realtor when purchasing your next home.
I really want you to feel I am doing something for you rather than doing something to you. Many people appreciate this because it shows I am actually paying attention to the visitors of my site. Others feel the need to put in bogus information.
I have had Edward Cullen from Twilight, President Barack Obama, Elvis Presly and crude names I do not care to post on my “family friendly” site registered for searching homes.
Those that register have so many more capabilities as pointed out here. I am not a Stalking REALTOR — I may occasionally contact you to see how your search is going depending on our initial conversation and again offer some assistance and to see if you are ready to get out and visit some listings. My laid back attitude causes me to lose way too many prospective clients, but I just cannot bring myself to be one of those pushy real estate agents.
Now, after all this you still decide to still put in fake information (which I certainly can’t understand why) or if I am unable to get a reply from you by email, phone or the system confirming your email address the account will be deleted1. Let’s face it folks there are plenty of places to search for properties but you landed at this site because the information has been found useful. This may be abrasive and has not always been the case, but feel free to go search on some “Door Opener Agent’s” site. I am just looking for the opportunity be your agent, Besides…

So with all this being said and as a reward for those that have read this Anti-SPAM policy and still choose to not register I am going to try a new approach in an effort to get even less bogus registrations. Use the following login to be able to see property addresses, details, and remarks.

It will be interesting to me to see if anyone uses it and I may end this at anytime if the pageviews get excessive because what many do not realize or care about is I have to pay for each pageview over 10K — hence why it is nice to work with those who use my site.
