I feel I need to apologize to the readers of my blog about some ugly formatting of text that was going on here if you use Internet Explorer for your web browsing. You see, I am a FireFox and Google Chrome user, I rarely use Internet Explorer for anything other than searching the MLS, both NTREIS Listings, and Rapattoni still require the IE engine because they use ActiveX for the most part. So when I write these articles, and tinkering with the website, and reading other real estate blogs, I have both monitors pulled up with FF or Chrome, and about 20 tabs on each. I forget that the simplest formatting issues are not so forgiving in Internet Explorer.
So hopefully it is obvious I do proof read my articles for spelling, and my wife is really on my case about my run-on sentences, using so many commas. But the little things like subscript, or superscript, or using the acronym tag threw off the formatting for entire pages, and on some post made it look like I wrote everything in uppercase, and on a typewriter. For that I apologize, it was not my intention. If you are a new reader — Welcome to the blog! please Subscribe and I hope more than the catchy title brought you here.
I will try to stop avoiding that slow, outdated browser – Internet Explorer when proof reading articles from this point forward.
