It is every going to be possible for us to own our own home. We have been renting for the past five years @ $1,195.00 a month. I have been on my job for five years. I am going to say a prayer for my family that we get the help we need. I have a feeling a lot of what is going to happen with the wave of first time home buyers is going to depend on if the tax credit is extended, and what the interest rates are going to do in December. I for one hope it is extended only until next March or April of 2010, not for another year as so many associations and groups are petitioning. Thanks for dropping in to My Denton County Real Estate.
